What we coordinate
We coordinate ocean shipments from ports across the world into the Dominican Republic, both in full containers and as consolidated cargo.
Through our network of corresponding agents we coordinate the operation from origin and follow the shipment through the various stages of its journey. The main ports of entry in the Dominican Republic are Caucedo and Haina.

Where the purchase terms call for collection at the factory, we will also need the corresponding address.
Transit times vary depending on the carrier, its schedule and any transhipments. They are confirmed against the schedule in force at the time of booking.

We coordinate air shipments from airports across the world into the Dominican Republic, for both dry and refrigerated cargo.
Air freight offers an alternative for goods that, because of their characteristics or delivery requirements, need shorter transit times.

For dangerous goods, the corresponding documentation will be requested, including the manufacturer's safety data sheet where applicable.
Air freight is subject to specific packaging requirements: the cargo must be properly prepared in order to be accepted for carriage.

What we coordinate
We coordinate shipments of cargo that, because of its dimensions, weight or particular characteristics, requires logistics planning and specialised equipment.
Depending on the characteristics of each operation, equipment such as Flat Rack, Open Top, Flatbed or other solutions suited to handling the cargo may be used.

Customs brokerage

What we coordinate
As a complement to the international coordination of the shipment, we provide customs brokerage and inland transport services within the Dominican Republic, with final delivery to the importer's premises.
